HITAM is strongly wedded to orienting education to meet the rapidly changing needs and challenges of the environment. If university education is an organised attempt to help people become intelligent and able to face open-ended real-life situations, it must also have an economic and moral relevance to society.

The various programmes introduced for students as well as for the faculty create the circumstance whereby the institute is linked with the real-time world. The curriculum at HITAM finds a formal method of bringing the reality of the world of work into the educational process. In short, various programmes like the 204X7 Active Learning Concept, Excel Always Placement Orientation Programme, OD, FDP and other similar programmes are effectively planned and implemented to add immense value to every student and employee of the college.

Our day at HITAM starts and ends with the student's growth in mind. 'Student' is our key focus. We constantly strive to let students undergo the rigour of professional world right when they are on campus. We provide them every opportunity to apply their class-room knowledge to various situations.

The faculty and management are themselves a part of every such programme. We are unswerving in our mission to transform the way education is imparted and to change lives.
