HITAM's 'Excel Always' Placement Orientation Programme offers a unique education that caters not only to outgoing batches but to the entire student community as well. Training need analysis is done to categorize the individual requirements of each student. The students are then trained for exponential growth by overcoming their flaws and through practical application of the knowledge they have gained.

All these options enable students to interact directly with the industry through guest lectures, projects and internships. Placement through Campus Interviews

Right from its inception HITAM has attributed high priority to placements of its students. 

The Placement cell organises guest lectures and in-house learning sessions with the support of CEOs and HR Executives from varied fields. It facilitates Industry - Institute interaction to identify the gaps between the curriculum and industry requirements. Further, ‘Bridge Courses’ are designed and offered to nullify the existing gap. Awareness programmes are structured to enable the student to be abreast of the most sought after technologies in the real-time world.

Senior executives and domain experts from various companies are being invited to visit the college to peruse existing facilities and to address the students on various technical topics and behavioural sciences.
